Credentialing Specialist- 1099 Contractor

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Credentialing Specialist to join our team on a contractor basis. If you’re highly organized, proactive, and experienced in provider or healthcare credentialing, this role offers flexibility and meaningful work—on your schedule.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage onboarding and credentialing files for providers

  • Verify licenses, certifications, and required documentation

  • Maintain accuracy and compliance across all records

  • Communicate with providers and internal teams to ensure timely completion

  • Support ongoing credentialing and re-credentialing tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in healthcare credentialing (preferred)

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule

  • Excellent communication and follow-through

  • Tech-savvy and comfortable working in digital systems
