The Role

Belle is hiring a Sales Operations Manager to lead our high-impact, geographically distributed sales team across Georgia (GA), including both field-based and call-based agents. This role will focus heavily on performance management, team utilization, and driving key sales KPIs—not just through leadership but through systems, process design, and analytics.

Reporting to the VP of Sales, this leader will build and refine operational infrastructure to maximize the effectiveness of a dynamic sales organization. The ideal candidate has experience managing teams, thrives on data, and can motivate without micro-managing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement field sales plan with VP of Member Growth for complete GA state coverage
  • Own team performance against daily, weekly, and monthly sales and outreach KPIs
  • Develop systems to track agent productivity, lead flow, conversion rates, and field coverage
  • Design and implement team schedules, territory assignments, and call cadences to optimize resource utilization
  • Build and monitor data dashboards to detect trends, issues, and opportunities
  • Lead daily/weekly team huddles to provide performance feedback, troubleshoot issues, and recognize wins
  • Manage all Sales agents (call and field), including training and QA 
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and ramping of new team members
  • Develop and maintain SOPs for field visit documentation, call scripts, lead hand-offs, etc.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Operations to align on growth goals
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and documentation standards
  • Effectively serve as the ‘operational lieutenant’ of Belle’s Growth leader
  • Increase GA market share, coordinating company-wide talent and resources

You Might Be a Fit if You:

  • Have 3+ years of experience managing sales or outreach teams, ideally a mix of call center and field-based agents
  • Know how to lead with data: track metrics, improve workflows, and use dashboards to drive action
  • Have experience with CRM or sales enablement platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Creatio)
  • Thrive in fast-moving, resourceful environments where you can build from scratch
  • Have strong operational instincts and are always asking “how can this be done better?”
  • Can coach a team with empathy and accountability
  • Are based in GA and travel as required (weekly) within the state
